Cazenovia Manor, Cazenovia Recovery Systems’ oldest program, is a Community Residence Program designed specifically for men with a substance use disorder who are homeless or at risk of becoming homeless.
Located in South Buffalo, the program is capable of serving 24 men in recovery from addiction while supporting their mental health and physical well-being.
The program is licensed by the New York State Office of Alcoholism and Substance Abuse Services and receives oversight from the Erie County Department of Mental Health.

Admission Criteria:
    Men 18 years of age or older
    Must be homeless (according to HUD standards)
    Must be able to live in a community setting
