Mental Health Systems (MHS) is a non-profit organization founded in 1978 to provide innovative and cost-effective mental health and drug and alcohol recovery services. Our agency was established to improve people’s lives and instill hope by using new and creative treatment strategies that respect time-proven methods of intervention.
North Inland Regional Recovery Center (NIRRC) is an outpatient alcohol and substance abuse program that offers treatment services, mental health screenings and community referrals in a welcoming environment. We also offer a unique program for young people, designed for education and early intervention of substance abuse issues. We work with our clients in identifying the underlying causes of addiction and alcoholism, and then support them as they work to build a foundation of healthy coping skills. We are committed to a comprehensive approach that is aimed at bettering the whole person.
NIRRC provides intensive outpatient alcohol and drug treatment services for adults that include: Group and individual counseling; Assessment and drug testing; Mental health screenings; Co-occurring services; Gender responsive groups; Substance abuse education; Gender specific parenting classes; Spanish speaking groups; PC1000, Prop 36 and AB109 court approved treatment; HIV education and testing; Community referrals.
