The Department of Behavioral Health (DBH), Contracts Division –
Substance Use Disorder (SUD) Services is charged with the planning,
development, and administration of a countywide substance use disorder
prevention and treatment system. The Contracts Division - SUD Services’
mission is to support appropriate education, prevention, and treatment
services to reduce or eliminate alcohol and other drug (AOD) - related
barriers to ongoing health, well-being, and economic independence of
individuals and families.
